Delivery

~ Delivery is done via Aramex or Fastway to your door, countrywide. Tracking numbers are given once the kit arrives with us after import and we have couriered to you.

~ Kits are imported on order to ensure the best possible quality, thus delivery usually takes 18-25 days after processing.

~ All customs charges on imported kits are covered by us so you will not have any hidden costs.

Ordering:

~ Orders can be made through our website and paid for by card, or via Instagram DM or WhatsApp and paid for by EFT.

~ For queries and enquiries, or if you’d like to order a customized kit, you may DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp (see Contact Details page).

~ If there is a problem or you would like to make an enquiry about your order, or if you have any compliments/complaints, feel free to contact us.

Products and Customization

~ All non-training kits can be customized, and retro kits are customized with the same font that was used in the year that the kit was made.

~ Sizes above XL are available on request, contact us for more information and orders.

~ Sleeve patches (UCL, Club World Cup, Premier League etc) are available along with customization.

Refunds/Delays

~ If you are unhappy with the product you received please contact us and we will assess it, and then either offer a solution or give a full refund. (No exchanges are given for incorrect sizing choices.)

~ Please note that the allowed time for a refund request is 10 days after the item is received by the customer. If we are not contacted within that time, we view the product as used and do not accept requests for refund assessments.

~ If there are any delays or other problems, we will contact you and let you know. There is a small chance that the package containing your kit may be detained for customs inspection which will amount to further delays, however we will contact you in such a scenario. Smaller delays may also be caused due to backlog, in which case will let you know.

~ We are not liable for any delays caused by customs, and will only offer refunds if the delay amounts to more than 30 days.
